Engagement Manager: Talent & Skills
Jo leads innovation and enterprise activities; helping academic colleagues progress their careers, develop partnerships, impactful research and accelerate start-up growth. She is responsible for driving knowledge exchange initiatives and institutional collaboration in relation to researcher skills and enterprise. Jo enables Nexus members and businesses to access talent and workforce development opportunities to aid their growth and productivity.
She also leads the Michael Beverley Innovation Fellowship designed to drive innovation and enterprise across the University, and a volunteer network of academic and business mentors to support fellows to implement their innovation and entrepreneurial plans.
