We have state-of-the-art meeting and events space including a lecture theatre, modular seminar rooms and a variety of meeting spaces.
Our facilities are open to all. Nexus members get a discount on meeting and events space.

Meeting Rooms
Capacity: 5 – 18
Nexus has 11 meeting rooms with full AV facilities. Our support team are available on-site to look after your booking. Room hire prices start from £30 per hour + VAT.
Catering is also available at an additional cost.
Events space
Lecture Theatre
Capacity: 110
Our 110-seat lecture theatre is perfect for larger presentations, panel discussions and hybrid events.
The space includes:
- Presenting lectern
- Fixed theatre style seating with built in power and USB ports
- Twin 128” projection screens
- Wireless conferencing technology and induction loop
- Adaptable lighting
Seminar Rooms
Capacity: 18 – 120
We have four modular seminar rooms in Nexus. They are the ideal space to host round tables and larger workshops.
Each room is versatile and can be configured to suit your event. Together, they can accommodate up to 120 people.
The space includes:
- Twin 128” projection screens
- Laptop presentation access and induction loop
- Multiple layouts and capacities
The Atrium
Capacity: 80
Our spectacular Atrium is a perfect networking, exhibition and breakout space. It comes as part of a package with either the Lecture theatre or Seminar rooms.
