Tell us about yourself?

Hi, my name’s Ari. I moved here about two/three years ago to get my MBA, and during my MBA course, I got really passionate about mental health, especially accessibility for mental health in the UK That made me want to join Peili Vision because I feel like they are helping to solve some of the problems that are happening in the UK at the moment.

What does Peili Vision do?

We provide a web-based screening tool to evaluate executive functioning that is linked to ADHD, but we are not interested in providing a diagnosis. We are interested in improvising a needs-based assessment so that students can find out what areas of support they need, so their teachers and caregivers can provide that for them.

How are you looking to develop your business?

We are looking to expand at the moment, but we are also looking to make sure that we are established in the UK. One thing that I’ve learned about working with NHS is that you need to make sure that your service is linked with all of the different systems. You can’t just create a digital tool and put it out into the ecosystem. You need to make sure that you’re speaking to the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators, the teachers, and the community groups, and making sure that it’s something that is linked to all stages of the pathway.

Who in our community are you looking to collaborate with?

So for us, we’re looking to talk to a wide variety of systems to make sure that it’s helpful to all parts of the pathway. We are also looking to talk to a really large range of stakeholders. Because we’re trying to link in with different parts of the pathway, we’re looking to talk to Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators, we’re looking to talk to people with experience, we’re also looking to talk to people within the integrated care boards because eventually, our goal is for this product to be something that can be purchased at scale by the integrated care boards and then rolled out for the whole community across all of their catchment areas.
